Shipping Costs

Shipping is free unless stated otherwise due to special arrangements. These special arrangements include special requests which are outside of our regular delivery areas and times, add-ons such as greeting cards or ribbons, or unexpected new charges due to acts of God, civil unrest, pandemic restrictions and other unforeseen circumstances which are out of our control.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Items will be shipped to you by our in-house BeliBeli24 delivery team or WeGÖ delivery partners or other Solaku affiliated delivery partners to your homes or offices. Items will be delivered to your designated homes or addresses within the next working day.

Shipping Restrictions

Items are delivered within their restricted areas as stated in BeliBeli24. For example, items found in Ipoh BeliBeli24 can only be delivered within Ipoh township and not to Kuching or Johor Bahru. Unless the item is actually available in both Ipoh BeliBeli24 and Kuching BeliBeli24, arrangements can be made by contacting our support team.

Missing or Lost Package

If a package is lost due to our appointed delivery partner’s fault during delivery, your missing or lost package will be replaced or refunded. International Shipping

Return and Exchange Information

Items which are faulty or wrongly sent can be returned depending on the BeliBeli24 Seller’s warranty and return policy displayed on their page. If a return is needed and it is the Seller’s fault then the Seller will cover the return and exchange cost.
